We would like to announce that, upon approval by the relevant Chinese administrative authorities, "Shenzhen Sunpack Energy Co., Ltd." has changed its name to "Guangdong Sunpack New Energy Co., Ltd." while retaining its Unified Social Credit Code of 91440300MA5HK7544Y. We wish to inform you of the following matters:
1. The business registration procedures for the above-mentioned name change have been completed on March 15, 2024, and the company has obtained a new business license.
2. After the renaming of the company, the business entities and legal relationships remain unchanged, and various documents and contract agreements issued by the former "Shenzhen Sunpack Energy Co., Ltd." and the business relations and service commitments will continue to be valid. The new company "Guangdong Sunpack New Energy Co., Ltd." will inherit all debts and credits formerly held by "Shenzhen Sunpack Energy Co., Ltd."
